A 60 Second Meditation To Help Clear Your Thoughts

Life. It’s a beautiful ride, filled with ups, downs, ins and outs. There are times when we feel invincible, but there are also times when we feel completely raw and vulnerable. Sometimes the little problems we face become bigger than expected, and like the snowball effect – something starts small, and then grows way out of proportion.

Meditation is a great tool which helps us get out of our head, and back into our heart -but we don’t always have the time or attention span to just be, especially when we are stressed. However, PixelThoughts.co created a solution for when the small problems become big with a 60 second meditation, which helps put everything back into perspective.

You start the meditation by putting your problem into a big shining star, and then you relax, breathe and watch as you find clarity amongst the cosmos. Little by little the star and the problem begin to dissolve into the universe, and you realize how insignificant the issue is in the grand scheme of things.
