Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, grew up in the Roswell, New Mexico area and has spoken about several life time friends who witnessed the UFO crash in July of 1947 and some that recovered alien bodies.
Dr. Mitchell, like many other astronauts had a bit of a spiritual awakening when he was in space. Here is a brief 13 minute interview where he speaks about extraterrestrial visitation and a military cover up.
