New Earth provides turnkey templates as ready-made development models, which can be implemented in most locations. Aside from their use in a number of locations developed by the New Earth Trust, those wishing to create their own communities within the New Earth and/or create their own retreats within the New Earth may also use these templates as the foundation of their development model.
The templates may not be suitable for all locations in which case bespoke developments will be created.
The turnkey templates provide for a mix of community, retreat and institute at each New Earth location, however they may also be used where only community or only retreat are desired.
They are intended to provide each New Earth venue with the ideal balance of facilities, ease of implementation, functionality, size & cost. Each turnkey template incorporates the following aspects:
- Development of a physical New Earth Institute to serve as the touchstone for all community and retreat operations as well as the conduit to a global network of resources, people and technology,
- Development of a New Earth Community.
- Development of a New Earth Retreat and for the larger template, an integrated Healing Centre.
Small turnkey template
The small turnkey template provides for two development master plans, for community and retreat. The new earth institute is situated in close proximity to each of these developments.
The minimum recommended overall land size for implementation of both of the master plans is 12 hectares, providing additional spaces to support any site specific conservation issues. This area may also need to be increased where land is less fertile.
Master Plan
30 Home Template Community
The small Community seeding Template provides for a 30 home New Earth Community Development comprising:
- 3 x Lotus domes purposed for healing, learning and misc community activities
- 6 x triple-dome Trishula 3 bed homes for open market sale
- 6 x double-dome Trishula 2 bed homes for open market sale
- 6 x single-dome Trishula studio homes for open market sale
- 6 x single-dome Trishula studio homes allocated for Transient Residencies
- 6 x single-dome Trishula studio homes to be gifted, or subsidized, by the New Earth Trust to project participants and other community-worthy individuals
The small Community seeding template sits on a rectangular site of 4 hectares
Retreat (master plan)
47 Bed Template Development
The small Retreat template provides for a 47 bed New Earth Retreat Development comprising:
- 6 x 72m2 luxury double dome accommodation units
- 6 x 36m2 luxury dome accommodation units
- 35x 10m2 budget dome accommodation units
- 1 x 130m2 Lotus dome restaurant and communal facility
- 1 x triple-dome treatment spa facility
- 1 x central natural swimming pool and relaxation zone
The small Retreat template sits on a rectangular site of 2 hectares, with the adjacent New Earth Institute occupying an additional 1 hectare site.
Large turnkey template
The large turnkey template provides for two development master plans, for community and retreat. The new earth institute is incorporated within each of these master plans.
The minimum recommended overall land size for implementation of both of the master plans is 60 hectares, providing additional spaces to support any site specific conservation issues. This area may also need to be increased where land is less fertile.

Retreat
The large Retreat template provides for a 133 bed New Earth Retreat Development comprising:
- 3 x 108m2 luxury triple dome accommodation units
- 6 x 72m2 luxury double dome accommodation units
- 24 x 36m2 luxury dome accommodation units
- 100 x 10m2 budget dome accommodation units
- 2 x 130m2 Lotus dome restaurant facilities
- 1 x quintruple-dome treatment spa facility
- 1 x central New Earth Institute facility
- 2 x natural swimming pool and relaxation zone
The large Retreat template sits on a rectangular site of x 10 hectares. The Retreat template is flexible and can be easily adapted to change the proportions between luxury and budget accommodations.
Institute
The New Earth Institute serves as the central hub of every New Earth venue. Its central location allows for retreat visitors & residents alike to maximize their benefit from its facilities. Amongst its many purposes are:
- Conduit to the greater New Earth Community – fitted with highly advanced computing technology and software applications developed specifically for use within the New Earth to create a fully immersive, freely available, New Earth noosphere.
- Prime attractor for the New Earth Retreat – the many world leading academics, healers & wisdom keepers from the global Institute network will host workshops, training-camps, seminars & retreats across the broad range of new earth disciplines from the Institute. The Retreat will manage the Institutes facilities and cater for all accommodation needs.
- Touch-stone for the New Earth Community – the community can freely use the Institute facilities when they are not in use by the retreat or other parties.
- Through the on-site Institute, the global Institute network will avail its vast knowledge and technology base to New Earth Community free of charge.
- Test-bed, showcase, and conduit to the Community & Retreat, for the worlds most advanced consciousness enhancing technologies brought to bear by the New Earth Project and its partners & affiliates
The New Earth Institute sits at the heart of the development master plans.
